Questions
Can I apply to a call center with no experience?
Yes. Many BPOs hire first-time agents. Put your communication skills, typing speed and any customer-facing work first, and say you can work night shifts if you can.
Should I write my typing speed?
If it is 35 words per minute or more, yes. Recruiters for chat and email accounts often screen on it.
Do I need to list every call center metric?
No. List the two or three you were measured on and, if you can, how you did against the target.
